Mayaza offers luxury abayas for sale exclusively within Qatar and GCC countries. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item ordered.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: Prices for all products are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Mayaza reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery. If the payment is not received or is declined, your order will not be processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery Charges:

  • Inside Doha: QR 45
  • Outside Doha (within Qatar): QR 60
  • GCC Countries: Shipping charges depend on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout.

• Delivery Times:

  • Inside Qatar: 2-3 business days
  • GCC Countries: 5-7 business days Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

• Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied for deliveries outside Qatar. Mayaza is not liable for delays or additional fees imposed during customs clearance.

5. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@mayazadesigns.com. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed. Once processed, no cancellations are permitted.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Mayaza does not accept returns for items that have been customized or altered.

All content, logos, images, and materials on the Mayaza website are the exclusive property of Mayaza. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of any content is prohibited without our prior written consent.
